Job summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our existing hard-working team and are keen for the right person to complement our surgery rather than making a person fit a vacancy.

Main duties of the job
The role will include working as an autonomous practitioner, working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering minor illness management, urgent and planned care either by telephone, within the surgery or in patients home.
Practitioners will work within their clinical competencies and will prescribe in line with the current formulary and guidelines.
Other roles include supporting clinical colleagues, mentoring, and supporting the clinical lead and management team to deliver 21st century healthcare.

We are part of Drake Medical Alliance Primary Care Network and work closely with our member practices and ARRS staff providing a comprehensive package of care and services to our patients.
