Job summary

Main duties of the job

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to a diverse and growing population
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic and coordinated care
• Participate actively in clinical and practice meetings, contributing to decision-making and service development
• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold the highest standards of clinical governance
• Support continuity of care through follow-up of results, referrals, and chronic disease management
• Engage with practice audits, QI projects, and local health initiatives

We are a large, well-established practice serving 18,700 patients, with a strong and experienced team of 9 GP partners and a full multidisciplinary workforce. We are forward-thinking, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Our clinicians are fully supported by an experienced team of administrative staff.
