Job summary

Working as part of the General Practice team our nurse is vital to the smooth running of our practice, we are looking for a a replacement of a valued member of staff who is leaving us in November.

We are a small friendly team and we are looking for someone to work with us to provide the best care we can.

Main duties of the job

We are hoping to find a nurse who can manage all Chronic Disease clinics and can provide guidance and support to our TNAs and HCAs.

We are hoping that the nurse can prescribe.

About us

We have two GP partners, a paramedic practitioner, ANP, Nurse Practitioner who provide womens health, a clinical pharmacist, HCA, two TNAs, Trainee Pharmacy Technician and we are all supported by our administrative team

  • RGN Level 1 nurse already practising at a band 6 (or equivalent) level.
