Job summary
You would be part of an exceptional
multidisciplinary team and PCN which includes GPs,
ANPs, nurses, HCAs,
paramedics, physio, mental health worker, pharmacists, pharmacy
technician,
Care co-ordinator, social prescriber and frailty practitioners. The team is
supported by our amazing and devoted patient advisers and administrators.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a Minor Illness Practitioner to join the acute care hub team at our forward
thinking and innovative practice. Team consists of ANPs, ECP and supervising GP providing
excellent patient care whilst offering a supportive learning environment for the team
You must be a confident practitioner able to work independently in general practice. You should
have experience in managing minor illness and be familiar with telephone working
