Magnolia House Surgery in
Sunningdale, Berkshire is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated team
player to join our team as a salaried GP. We provide a friendly, fun and
supportive environment to work and are continually developing systems and ways
of working to ensure we offer high quality patient care.
Main duties of the job
To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the
provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an
excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract.
Furthermore, the post holder will adhere to the
GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective
management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive,
collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
We are looking to recruit a GP for anywhere between 4-8 sessions per week and can be flexible.
About us
Our practice team currently consists of 5 GP partners, 2 salaried GP's, a team of HCA's and Nurses (one nurse who is training to become and ACP) as well as an ever expanding admin team who support the day to day running of the practice. We have an expanding list size, are a training practice, are rated 'Good' from CQC, high QOF acheivers and have strong links with our local federation and are part of a 4 practice PCN. We use Emis web and Docman.
