Warrengate
is a busy, high achieving friendly training Practice with an excellent
reputation situated in the centre of Wakefield close to transport links and
local amenities. The Practice list size
currently stands at approximately 11,100 patients.
We are looking for a part time Practice
Nurse, working 21 hours per week over 3 days (working days to be confirmed), who has good communication and organisational skills to join our existing
friendly and supportive healthcare team.
We would
welcome applications from experienced or newly qualified Nurses who have
knowledge of some or all the elements and would be willing to undertake further
training to meet other areas of the job description.

Main duties of the job
You will need to be able to work independently and efficiently to deliver a high quality of care to our patients. You will have the support and guidance of our excellent team of Practice Nurses and Advance Nurse Practitioners.
Previous Primary Care experience, experience in long term conditions management, relevant qualifications, experience of the SystmOne clinical system and ICE are desirable for this role.
