We have the opportunity for a Practice Nurse to join our team at Newquay Health Centre.
we are looking for a dynamic, committed and experienced individual to work collaboratively with the entire practice team, supporting the delivery of the care for the practice population. The successful applicant should have experience of working in general practice and will join a large nursing team.
The team at Newquay Health Centre are friendly and supportive, we work collaboratively to deliver a high level of care and service for all patients, who currently number around 17, 500.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will have primary care experience. You should have an interest and experience in respiratory management COPD/Asthma. We welcome applications from individuals with solid clinical skills who also has a vision for service development and delivery.

We are a forward thinking, dynamic and friendly partnership with 9 GP partners, 8 Salaried GPs. 1 advanced nurse practitioner, 7 practice nurses, 4 HCA's, Pharmacist, Pharmacy tech, social prescribers all supported by a large admin team. Team spirit is strong as is commitment to great patient care.
