You would be joining a very
friendly, supportive multi-disciplinary team, to help with demands of same day
appointments, as well as the ongoing requirements of general practice.
As an Advanced Practitioner you
will exercise advanced clinical expertise, acting within your professional
boundaries, providing advanced clinical skills and advice.

understanding of the issues related to the identification, assessment,
diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients within your care; as well as
working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary surgery team this maybe the

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality, patient centred care while working autonomously within your professional scope. You will assess, diagnose, and manage patients, making clinical decisions in line with established procedures and protocols set out by our GPs.

St Michaels is a training
practice with 8,300 patients and are based across two sites on the south side
of beautiful Bath, with ample parking available in each location. We are a friendly bunch with 5 Partners, 3 Salaried GP's, plus a very experienced nursing team, all supported by an experienced clerical and reception team. We are proud members
of Minerva PCN and work collaboratively with them, sharing a pharmacy team and social prescriber.

- To maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all Primary Health Care Team staff, patients, carers and co-workers from other agencies. Ensure that all statutory regulations e.g. Health & Safety, COSHH, etc are implemented and adhered to.
- To promote a professional approach at all times by attire and attitude to patients and staff both in and out of the Practice
- To maintain own continuous professional development and ensure PDP kept up-to-date in line with the requirements of the Practice
