Job summary
West Pottergate Medical Practice has a fantastic opportunity
for an experienced ANP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have worked
in General Practice and completed an Independent Prescribing qualification.
This is a permanent part time position.
Main duties of the job
You'll be an experienced nurse prescriber acting within
their professional boundaries. You will provide a first point of contact for
patients presenting with undifferentiated, undiagnosed problems, using skills
in history taking, physical examination, problem-solving and clinical decision-making
to establish a diagnosis management plan. You will work collaboratively with
the multi-disciplinary practice team to meet the patient's needs.
