Job summary

Drs Bird & Kassha Surgery is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated, part-time Practice Nurse

Main duties of the job

Applicants should be able to work independently on all practice matters and take responsibility for general practice issues on a day-to-day basis. They should be able to provide excellent care to all our patients. Good communication and organisational skills are essential. Awareness of QOF and LQC requirements are also needed.

Job responsibilities

The jobholder is responsible for the delivery of basic practice nursing services care to the practice population. They  will deliver care within the boundaries of their role, focussing upon supporting patients to be healthy, monitoring of long term conditions, health prevention and screening activities. They  will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
