Job summary

The GP Clinical Lead role takes a prominent position in the development and clinical governance of processes, policy and protocols. The post holder actively participates in completion, auditing and support of workflow and clinical services.

Main duties of the job

The role acts as a key point of contact for prospective and existing client organisations and proactively seeks to promote new business opportunities and secure existing contracts.

The postholder will themselves ensure that they and the staff undertake a variety of duties.

The role is currently remote working. Full training is provided.

Service development

  • To supervise relevant teams to support implementation of agreed service changes, pathways and quality improvements.
  • To create, edit and amend training material, policies and procedures in line with wider best practice and statutory obligations.
  • To take ownership for achieving high standards of clinical governance across all departments within Nova Healthcare Solutions Ltd.
  • To proactively identify methods to support primary care organisations, foster new relationships and business opportunities to increase the revenue and business opportunities of Nova Healthcare Solutions Ltd.
