Job summary

We are looking for a Class C driver to support our roaming vaccination programme on a temporary basis as this is a seasonal programme.

Ideally you will also support some administrative tasks using a laptop computer.

Main duties of the job

Daily check of van prior to leaving base, e.g. oil check, brake function, all lights, wipers working, tyres, recording mileage, fuel level adequate etc. Check fuel and petrol levels throughout the day.

Drive to designated site, help vaccinator setup and prepare the van.

Administrative duties - data input, Friends and Family Test feedback evaluation, update live tracker.

About us

Issa Medical is a large GP practice with 2 purpose built sites in Preston. We currently also provide a roaming vaccination service using our outreach van.

Each day will start at Issa Medical in Deepdale where you will work with the vaccinator for that day to stock and check the van before driving to a given destination. These are mainly in Preston and Skelmersdale.
