Job summary
Office Manager - Maternity cover
Fixed term - 9 - 12 months
3 days per week - total 27 hours per week.
The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involve a variety of tasks, such as managing administrative functions, line management of all management staff, coordinating office events, and supporting our team members to create a productive work environment.
Main duties of the job
Manage and maintain office systems, including databases, correspondence and filing systems.
Oversee office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
Develop and implement office polices and procedures to improve efficiency.
Organise and coordinate meetings, events and employee functions.
Support the HR department with on-boarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Provide administrative support to Upper management and other teams as needed.
