Job summary

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive GP to join our team for 4-6 sessions per week. The successful candidate will be expected to:

Take on a personal patient list, ensuring continuity of care. Participate in the duty doctor rota, managing urgent cases, home visits, and same-day consultations.

Work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team, including ANPs, ACPs, and clinical pharmacists.

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care, including diagnosing, treating, and referring as necessary.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMIS.

Engage in clinical meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and mentorship opportunities.
