This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced primary
care navigator / administrator who is enthusiastic,
hard-working and motivated with a keen eye for detail.
You will be joining our dedicated, supportive team
delivering high quality healthcare services to our patients.
The role is based within our patient services team working in
reception.
You will also be processing documents as part of the practice workflow
systems.
You will be working closely with all clinical and administrative primary
care professionals, whilst supporting patients with their personalised care and
health monitoring requirements.
The practice operates
an integrated digital triage system making sure patients are seen by the right clinician, in the right place
at the right time.
Main duties of the job
Working as part of our reception team, carry out first line contact with the patients and ensure the smooth running of the reception/administration area between 7.00am 12.00pm.
Liaise with all relevant parties, including face to face, phone contact and emails with patients, clinicians and other health care professionals regarding queries.
To ensure all administration duties and patient requests are processed in accordance with practice policies, confidentiality and health and safety protocols.
Process patients requests and queries
Booking appointments from triaged requests together with face to face and telephone patient contact
Electronic Document workflow
Process tasks and requests from clinicians, admin teamand Practice Manager

- Filing and general administrative duties assigned to you
- To ensure all practice protocols and procedures are followed and maintained
- To attend all training events, this may be outside your normal working hours
- To present yourself in a professional and polite manner at all times.
