We are a well-established GP practice with over 50 staff members serving a diverse patient population.
Our practice is set over 2 sites within walking distance from each other. Patient care is at the heart of all that we do. We are committed to providing high quality, compassionate care to our patients. We have a supportive/collaborative work environment where everyone is valued.
We are looking for a proactive manager with a proven track record in strategic leadership/operational management ideally from a primary care setting.You will join an experienced management team: Finance Manager, HR Manager and Data Manager.As Practice Manager you will play a pivotal role in working with the existing management team overseeing the management of the practice,ensuring the skill mix of our team promotes efficient process for effective patient care,clinical/administrative workflow.Excellent communication/leadership skills are essential.In addition, we are looking for someone who will continue to drive the practice forward by identifying and acting on practice and business opportunities and partnerships.
We are a high QOF-achieving practice and CQC rating Good.
We are looking for a Practice Manager(25 30hrs per week)

Main duties of the job
To manage and coordinate all aspects of organisation functionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and financial performance, ensuring the organisation achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment.
Through innovative ways of working, lead the team in promoting ED&I, SHEF, quality and continuous improvement, confidentiality, collaborative working, service delivery, learning and development and ensure the organisation complies with UK legislation and both NHS and CQC regulations.
To Lead and manage a team of staff including doctors, nurses, pharmacists and administrative staff. Oversee daily operations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements such as CQC and NHS regulations. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience. Drive business growth and development by identifying new opportunities for service expansion.
