Job summary

Windmill Surgery is a well-respected and established surgery, providing primary care services to approximately 8,000 patients in Coventry, with excellent travel links.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Patient Engagement & Clinical Coder at Windmill Surgery for 25 hours per week. Working hours/day are negotiable.

Main duties of the job

  • Manage and update the practice website, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish clear, accurate, and patient-friendly content.
  • Support communication of practice news, service changes, health campaigns, and public health messages.
  • Monitor engagement and respond appropriately to comments and messages in line with practice policy.
  • Provide support with document coding administration.
  • Provide support with summarising.
  • To undertake any other reasonable tasks as allocated by the Practice Manager and partners.

About us

Windmill Surgery is a two-partner practice supported by salaried GPs, a Phsycian Associate, and a dedicated nursing team that provides care for 8,000+ NHS patients.

We are an Emis Web Practice, using Docman and AccuRx.

Located in a modern purpose built building with staff car park.
