Job summary

We are recruiting a Pharmacist to work across our network of four practices supporting 48k patients.

This is a new post to join our expanding team with four pharmacists already in post.

This post is available as full time or part time however Thursday and Friday are essential days.

Qualifications

Essential

  • GPhC Registered Pharmacist
  • Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway or willingness to complete

Desirable

  • GPhC Independent Prescriber
  • Minor ailments certification
  • Medicines Management qualification
  • MUR and repeat dispensing qualification

Experience

Essential

  • Minimum of two years working as a pharmacist
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Competent in the use of Office and Outlook
  • Effective time management
  • Clear, polite telephone manner

Desirable

  • Experience in primary care
  • Knowledge of general practice
  • Experience of using SystmOne
