engaging learning programmes, and supporting the development of innovative
educational initiatives through Academicare (our Commercial Brand) and the
Primary Care Workforce and Training Hub (PCWTH).
Main duties of the job
Please note you will be required to work across all of our sites in Hull, York and Scarborough (potentially across the region).
We're particularly interested in candidates who:
- Are qualified, registered, and currently practicing as a General Practice Nurse.
- Have experience or a strong interest in immunisations and vaccinations, travel health, female health, and contraception.
- Are confident delivering training both online and face-to-face.
- Are IT literate and enthusiastic about using educational technology to enhance learning.
- Have experience as a trainer, assessor, or educatoror are keen to develop in this area.
- Hold a teaching/training qualification or willing to work towards one.
- Are collaborative, proactive, and passionate about supporting others to grow and develop.
You'll be part of a supportive team, contributing to curriculum design, managing training interventions, and liaising with practices to provide guidance and mentorship to students and staff.
You'll also be encouraged and supported to maintain your clinical practice and continue developing your leadership and educational expertise.

Teaching/Training Responsibilities:
