Our Patient Contact Advisors are key to supporting patients to get the care that they need-be that clinical assessment, help with managing their health, or signposting to other services.

  • Good standard of education including maths and English,
  • Computer literate,
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills,

  • Sensitivity and the ability to empathise,
