We are looking for salaried GPs to join our practice who are passionate about patient care and quality improvement. We utilise modern general practice approach with non-clinical triage of appointments. We have a shared team approach, supporting each other in patient care and ensuring fair work distribution. We have regular clinical team meetings each week. Between both practices we have 15,000 patients, with GPs predominantly working within one of the two practices. There are opportunities to develop quality improvement and leadership skills as we develop the practices.
