Become a Care Navigator at Watton Medical Practice

Are you ready to make a real difference in peoples livesevery single day? Watton Medical Practice is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity to join our reception team as a Care Navigator.

This isnt your typical front desk role. As a Care Navigator, youll be at the heart of our patient experience, helping individuals access the care they need with compassion, clarity, and confidence. Youll work closely with patients, clinicians, and the wider practice team to ensure every interaction is smooth, supportive, and solution-focused.

Working Hours: This is a full-time role, with working hours that include 8:00am starts and 6:30pm finishes.

Main duties of the job

Our reception team provides general assistance to the practice team and projects a positive and friendly image to our patients and other visitors, either in person, via telephone or our website queries.

We are a busy practice within a growing south Norfolk market town, not far from the coast and the city of Norwich, that offers affordable housing, a vibrant community, and good amenities. Our building is modern, purpose-built and spacious which allows us to be able to adapt services for our ever-growing list size.

The practice is part of the Breckland Alliance PCN consisting of three practices Grove Surgery and School Lane Surgery from Thetford and Watton Medical Practice.
