Job summary
This role will primarily focus on managing patients presenting with same-day or urgent care needs, working closely with our GPs, practice nurses, and wider multi-disciplinary team.
You will play a key part in helping patients receive timely and appropriate care, ensuring safe triage, assessment, and management of acute presentations within your clinical scope.

Maintain clear and accurate patient records on SystmOne (training can be provided).
Contribute to clinical audits, service improvement, and quality initiatives.
Support the wider clinical team in the safe delivery of urgent care services.
