Job summary

To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties for areas of work including, but not limited to, QOF, LCS and CQC.

Main duties of the job

The following are core responsibilities of the Data Quality Administrator. There may be on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels.

Support the Assistant Practice Manager with ensuring read codes are added to the clinical system accurately.

Support the Assistant Practice Manager with completing data quality audits.

Support the Assistant Practice Manager with safety net searches.

Support the Assistant Practice Manager with processing invitations to patients in accordance with QOF, LCS, long term condition reviews, medication reviews, health checks, health prevention programmes and immunisation schedules.

Support Lead Practice Nurse with the management of cervical screening recall, including prior notification list and electronic card list.

Support the Lead Practice Nurse with management of stock levels, including ordering and stock takes.

Support the Assistant Practice Manager and Lead Practice Nurse with promoting health campaigns to patients.

Support the administration team with administrative duties, including but not limited to processing clinical letters, emails and summarising.

Support the Lead Practice Nurse and Lead Care Navigator with ensuring nursing team rotas are booked appropriately.

Support the Assistant Practice Manager with ensuring new births receive post-natal checks and immunisations in accordance with schedules.

Support Practice Operations Manager with CQC audits and data quality checks

Watton Medical Practice is a busy practice in Watton,which offers affordable housing, a vibrant community, and good amenities. It isa growing South Norfolk market town, not far from the coast as well as the city of Norwich.

Our building is modern, purpose-built and spacious which allows us to be able to adapt services for our ever-growing list size.Our clinical team consists of GPs, paramedic, advanced nurse practitioner, practice nurses and healthcare assistant. We are recruiting to grow this team. We enjoy supporting the learning of others including trainee nursing associates, paramedics and physicians associates.

As part of the Breckland Alliance PCN (together with Grove and School Lane Surgeries in Thetford) we have an integrated working model that allows us to deliver care via several joint initiatives. We are part of an innovative and joined up PCN. Our PCN is taking a proactive approach to the integrated care board (ICB) formation and have partners on the local medical committee (LMC).Our latest CQC rating was Good across all categories and we are continuously striving to develop and deliver quality care.The wellbeing of our colleagues is vital to our operational model.
