Job summary
Limes Medical Centre, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Practice Manager to join our friendly and supportive team.
This role involves working alongside the Practice Manager and clinical staff to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice. The Assistant Practice Manager will oversee administrative functions, support staff management. We are looking for someone with strong organisational and leadership skills, with a commitment to providing the best possible patient care.
Main duties of the job
Assist in managing day-to-day practice operations, including appointment systems, patient services, and administrative workflows.
Supervise and support administrative and reception staff.
Help ensure the practice meets NHS regulatory standards, including health and safety, data protection, and clinical targets.
Maintain and troubleshoot clinical systems.
Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally, promoting satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Support the delivery of specific initiatives such as vaccination programmes, audits, or service development projects.
