Advanced Nurse Practitioner Full time/Part time

Brayford Medical Practice, Lincoln

Brayford Medical Practice is a well-established, friendly city practice with a stable team and a patient list of approximately 10,800. We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join us on a permanent basis, working 15 to 37.5 hours per week (flexible by agreement).

This is a well-supported role designed to allow ANPs to work autonomously, safely, and sustainably, as part of a genuine multidisciplinary team.

Main duties of the job

The role

  • Independent clinical management of acute, same-day and routine presentations within agreed scope of practice
  • Supported autonomy with approachable GPs available for advice
  • Time built into sessions for admin, results, and follow-up
  • Opportunity to shape and develop the ANP role within the practice
