Job summary

We are busy but friendly and supportive practice with an excellent multi-disciplined team all working cohesively alongside excellent internal processes and structure through their Practice Management and administrative team.

Job Summary

30 - 37.5 hrs per week across (Mon Fri core hours)

Running a variety of clinics covering QOF, Salford Standards, Chronic Disease, Immunisations & Cytology

Excellent practice facilities

EMIS Web, AccuRx, Docman 10, Ardens, Teams, & Aglio Teamnet

Stable, friendly and cohesive multi-disciplinary team

Excellent working relationships with neighbouring practices and Salford Southeast PCN

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

Full registration with the NMC and right to work in the UK

Prescribing qualification (desirable)

Strong work experience in primary care essential

Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Practice Nurse based in Salford. We are looking for an experienced, forward thinking, caring Practice Nurse who is motivated with good clinical knowledge of General Practice. You will have experience working with the Quality Outcome Framework and Local Standard contracts and be confident in baby immunisations, LTC reviews and Cytology.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who has excellent knowledge of Primary Care to provide practice nursing services to the practice population and deliver care within the boundaries of their role.

The Candidate will work alongside the clinical team to manage Long term health conditions, Cytology and Baby Immunisations. You will hold relevant qualifications in Nursing and have General Practice experience.
