Job summary

Practice Nurse needed to join friendly GP Training Practice to perform General Nursing Duties, Chronic Disease Management Clinics and Care Planning.CVD, Respiratory and Anticoagulation Training an advantage.Experience Preferred but training can be provided.

Main duties of the job

General Nursing Duties including Chronic Disease Management clinics, wound care, vaccination and immunisations including travel, women's and men's health care including smears, contraception, annual bloods/checks, urine checks.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Registered Nurse with NMC Registration preferably with Practice Nurse experience

Desirable

  • Experience in CVD, Anticoagulation and Respiratory an advantage
  • Local knowledge and experience of Bexley or South East London pathways and services
