Job summary
We are looking to recruit an additional Advance Nurse Practitioner to join our current team. Part-time or job share will be considered. The successful applicant will be an experienced, professional, motivated individual who will work within their professional scope of practice.
Main duties of the job
You will work closely with the GP's and the 2 other ANP's and act autonomously within your professional scope of practice providing care for patients via the telephone and face to face and potentially home visits. You will see a variety of patients with a range of medical conditions and be comfortable analysing and interpreting some patient test results.
The successful applicant will prioritise the needs of patients, making any referrals for investigations as necessary.
About us
We are a 2 site practice situated on the Welsh border a few miles from Chester. We have in excess of 15,300 patients having a 50/50 split.
Our team consists of 7 GP Partners, 4 Salaried GP's, 2 ANP's, 7 Practice Nurses, 2 HCA's, a phlebotomist and a fully supporting administration team.
We are a training practice for both GP Registrars and Medical Students.
We are a well organised, structured practice, dedicated to provide a high standard of patient care.
