- Prepare and process GP and clinician referrals using eRS and other NHS systems
- Produce medical letters, reports, and documentation promptly and accurately
- Manage incoming clinical correspondence, ensuring correct workflow and coding
- Act as a point of contact for hospitals, community services, and patients regarding referrals or medical documentation
- Support clinicians with dictation typing, tasks, and administrative queries
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all information is handled confidentially and in line with GDPR
- Support recall systems, results workflows, and CQCrelated administrative processes
- Assist the wider administration and reception team during busy periods
