Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and delivery focused Project Manager to join North Sedgemoor Primary Care Network on a fixed term one year contract. This is a hands on role where you will turn plans into action and help drive forward our bold transformation programme.
Reporting directly to the Network Director, and supported by a Service Development Lead, you will lead projects that span clinical, operational and digital change. You will plan, document and deliver improvements that make a tangible difference to patients and staff.
You do not need to come from a healthcare background, although experience in a regulated, complex or high risk environment will be a strong advantage. What matters most is that you are organised, resilient and able to keep projects moving from concept to delivery.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys making things happen. The role is initially fixed term for twelve months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent post as our programme of work grows.
