Job summary
We are currently looking to recruit a part time medical receptionist to cover Maternity Leave at Euxton Medical Centre. The post is for a minimum of 18 hours per week worked over 3/4 days including both 8am starts and 18:30 finishes to cover for annual leave and sickness £12.21 per hour for Maternity Cover for 9 months. The successful candidate will support our current receptionist team.
Main duties of the job
The duties will include liaising with patients, attending to enquiries both over the phone as well as face to face. You will also manage the booking of appointments and cancelling of appointments for clinics in addition to dealing with all admin tasks generated by the GPs, issuing of prescriptions, email requests and scanning.

To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team.
