Main duties of the job

In this role you will provide day-to-day IT and systems support across the practice, helping to resolve technical issues that could impact clinics, staff and patient flow.

You will act as the first point of contact for IT queries, troubleshooting common issues with hardware, software and practice systems, and escalating more complex problems to NHS IT support where necessary.
