We are a friendly and supportive team seeing and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join us in this part time role of 20 hours per week over 2 days (Wednesday and Friday)
In this role your will use your expert knowledge and clinical skills to provide holistic care to patient in a primary care setting.
Responsibilities include:
Performing Treatment Room Duties such as annual Long Term Condition reviews, Cervical Smears, immunisations, and more.
Maintaining up to date and accurate records using System One clinical system. Requesting and interpreting tests as appropriate to meet patient needs.

About us
We are a 2 site practice based in Renishaw and Eckington . We have 2 GP Partners and 2 Salaried GP's and a paramedic. Our nursing team consists 2 Practice Nurses and 1 Health Care Assistant.
We are part of the North Hardwick and Bolsover PCN which consists of the 7 local practices and we share a variety of services, including first contact physio's, Social Prescribers, Pharmacist, Team Up Visiting service, and Additional GP and ANP services.
As a PCN we cover our own Extend Access.

To work as part of the primary Health Care Team in providing and maintaining a high standard of nursing care to the practice population and work within the scope of the NMC code of professional conduct.
