We are a committed and friendly, mixed clinical and allied healthcare team including pharmacists, first contact physios and mental health practitioners. We enjoy full GP and nursing team support including advanced clinical practitioners, nurse practitioners, specialist practice nurses and healthcare assistants. The patient support team and clerical teams work hard to support our Clinical teams and patients.
We are part of a strong, collaborative Primary Care Network and enjoy good working relationships with colleagues in the other Practices as a result.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a Practice Nurse who can provide long term condition reviews such as Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, Hypertension and Cervical cytology.
You must be an NMC registered nurse. However, if you are a newly qualified nurse experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
We are looking for someone who is eager to develop themselves within the Practice and our Multi Disciplinary Team. You should have a flexible and adaptive approach to working and learning and be able to travel between both of out sites. All our Practice Team members support the extended access rota and as such you will be required on occasion to work an evening or weekend shift.
