Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician part time for our practice. We are located in Streatham Vale SW16 5SE

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will work within our clinical team to ensure efficient medicines optimisation. They will undertake patient facing and patient supporting roles to ensure effective medicine use, provide technical and administrative support to the Clinical Pharmacist, clinicians as well as our reception and Medical Assistant teams. This will include support with queries around medication from patients and promoting good practice of repeat prescribing by developing and working to protocols.

we are an friendly team with 4 senior partnered GP's, 1 ACP, 1 Pharmacist, 1 Salaried GP, 3 Nurses, 1 HCA, 2 care co coordinators, 1 Social Prescriber 1 Heath & wellbeing coach

The successful applicant would be based at The vale surgery and would link in with our existing Practice pharmacists for support and supervision. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Practice Team, working alongside our Clinical Pharmacist to ensure the provision of a safe, accurate and timely supply of prescribed medication to our patients.
