Introduction to the Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) Role

We are pleased to introduce an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an ANP, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within our practice.

In this role, you will utilise your advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of health conditions. You will work autonomously, providing expert care and treatment, including prescribing medications and making referrals as necessary. Your role will also involve health promotion and disease prevention, supporting patients in managing their health and well-being.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our patients. You will also contribute to the development of practice protocols and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Main duties of the job
