Job summary
Are you a Practice Nurse who wants to enjoy the full range of Practice Nurse duties, such as immunisations, smears, wound management and chronic disease management whilst building good relationship with our diverse patients? If yes, then this could be the role for you! This excellent surgery is seeking a Practice Nurse to come in and enjoy a wide variety of responsibilities, that will keep things very interesting from day to day.
Main duties of the job
Your Role:
- Provides opportunity to make a positive change to our diverse community
- Combines teamwork with autonomy in decision making, within the remit of the role
- Supports participation in delivery of a high standard and evidence based care to our patient population.
Hours 24hours a week to be worked on:
Option 1.
Monday, Thursday and Fridays combination of am and pm shifts
Option 2.
Monday, Tuesday, Friday - combination of am and pm shifts
Please note that you will be required to work across all 3 sites.
