We are seeking a caring and motivated GP Partner to become part of our dynamic, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to our community.

Main duties of the job

About the Role

• 4 sessions per week(flexible working considered)
• Mix of telephone, face-to-face, and digital consultations
• Manage a wide range of patient presentations across all age groups
• Minimal home visits supported by community staff
• Shared duty sessions with a fair and sustainable rota
• Regular clinical meetings and mentoring support
• Partnership meetings

• GMC-registered GP with a valid licence to practise
• Inclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List
• Passion for delivering excellent clinical care
