Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a salaried GP here at West Oak Surgery. We are a small friendly surgery based in Mapperley with approximately 5500 patients.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of the role include providing GP services to our patient base as well as associated administration and working alongside various other care providers such as ARRs staff. Becoming an active voice within our small and friendly staff base will also be encouraged.

West Oak Surgery are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join an established Practice based in Mapperley, Nottingham.

Our staff maintain the highest standards of care, whilst incorporating the traditional values of family medicine within a warm and friendly environment; and we are seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented doctor who wants to join our hard working but friendly and supportive GMS team.

We are looking to cover two clinical sessions on Mondays, and we would of course be prepared to wait for the right candidate. We welcome applications from newly qualified and experienced GPs. We can be flexible with session times and will support newly qualified GPs with longer appointment time slots.

Salary : Dependant on experience

Practice information:

West Oak Surgery is a GMS practice serving a population of around 5500.

2 partner practice

SystmOne

Premises are partner owned converted and extended house

We pride ourselves on excellent patient care, good relationships with our patients and good links with the community MDT

Good engagement with Nottingham North and East CCG and the ongoing changes within the NHS

Regular clinical meetings both in-house and with wider community services

Supportive of specialist interests

Full range of Enhanced Services offered

CQC Rating: Good

Consistently high QoF Achievement

Member of Synergy PCN
