Job summary
We need a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team at Rycroft Primary Care Centre.
We are looking for a team player who is enthusiastic, reliable and flexible.
This will be for 25 hours per week (5 hours per day), plus sickness and holiday cover, with the flexibility to cover shifts between Monday - Friday 7.30am - 7pm when required.
Main duties of the job
To provide a high standard of Reception service to our patients, including dealing with enquiries promptly, efficiently, and courteously.

About us
We are a friendly GP Training Practice and have approximately 8,600 patients. We also have a small dispensing branch surgery in South Hiendley.
The successful candidate will receive training from our Reception Team Leader and will work within a team of eight receptionists.

and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, booking
appointments, processing of information and assisting patients as
required. To act as the central point of

for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and
external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
