The Jubilee Street Practice LTD is a well organised, efficient practice with a list size of 15500 and growing.

About the post:

  • Four - Clinical Session plus 1/2 Session for CPD total of 4.5 Session
  • A named mentor for the duration of your career at the practice
  • Six weeks of annual leave

  • Minimal clinical admin as daily rota for managing lab results, pharmacist deals with prescriptions and admin deal with most clinical documents

  • Salary £10k-11k per session (plus paid MDU membership) depending on clinical experience and skills

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will work within the practice clinical team to deliver effective, high quality care treatment and advice our patient throught face to face and telephone consultations. The position involves undertasking all normal duties of a GP working in primary care.

Your duties will include:

  • Face to face and telephone consultation
  • Referring patient to other organisation where clinically indicated.
  • Actioning correspondence/clinical letters
  • Reviewing and actioning test results
  • Prescribing in accordance with patients needs, adhering to guidance.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with good practice.
  • Reports and medicals
  • QOF/local contract work as agreed
  • Sessions consist of a fixed workload, with minimal clinical admin (letters and prescriptions) and home visits.

  • Eligible to work in General Practice in the NHS.
