Hastings & Rother Healthcare are currently looking for a full-time finance and executive assistant to join our dynamic and evolving organisation. Previous experience of working in a busy office environment is required

Main duties of the job

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance and Executive Assistant. In this dynamic role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to the Business Partner, managing both finance-related tasks and personal assistance responsibilities. Working closely with the Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting their day-to-day duties. This position requires exceptional multitasking skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing

  • The ability to interpret and present data
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and data entry

Experience

  • Experience of financial software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience of drafting and proofreading documents, letters, and reports
  • Experience of establishing and maintaining efficient filing and organisational systems, both in physical and electronic formats.
