The RoleAs our consultant, you will work with the management team, you'll be on the front line of Mid Hampshire Healthcare's growth. You'll connect with existing and potential stakeholders to showcase how our services can make a real difference to patients, and you'll also play a pivotal role in driving the next wave of innovation and results.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking a talentedbusiness development consultantto join our team and driverevenue growthby identifying and pursuingnew business opportunities. This role focuses on generating and buildingon new leads & relationships, collaborating withteam members, and creating effectivebusiness strategiesto expand our presence within the primary care sector. Theideal candidatewill have strongproblem-solving skills,negotiation skills, business plan and financial costing skills and a proven track record inclosing deals.

The business development consultantwill work closely withnew and existing stakeholders, the Chief Executive & Operations Manager to align strategies and achieve shared goals. Thisrole offers opportunities to developnew services and strategies, formstrategic partnerships, and shape the future of the company through innovativeinitiativesandproject management.
