Job summary

St Peters Street Medical Practice, are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging person to join our busy Practice as a Deputy Reception Manager. You will work full time and closely alongside the Reception Manager working on staff rota's. Reception/ Admin cover. See job description for more details.

Main duties of the job

You will support with staff and room rota's, holiday bookings, reception admin duties such as E-consult support, test requests and queries. You will also be expected to cover reception duties as part of your role.

About us

We have 9 GP's, trainee GP's, in-house Pharmacists, a strong nursing team, a friendly and very hardworking admin and reception team. We are a busy Practice but we are well supported by the Clinicians, we have cheese & wine nights organised by the Managers, through the year and encourage staff to take part in Green Practices such as gardening!

  • Great team working, good computer skills, you will be given training on all our systems but applicant must have good organisational skills and be confident in supporting admin tasks.
