Job summary

Parchmore Medical Centre provides GP services to 15,000 patients in Thornton Heath and Haling Park Medical Practice looks after 3,700 patients in South Croydon.

We are looking for Part Time Patient Coordinators - 24 hours per week

Our first point of contact for patients and to assist patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare. Shifts are between the hours of 7:45am and 7:00pm Monday to Friday (8:00pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays) plus Saturday afternoons on a rota basis.

Main duties of the job

To provide front of house customer service to all stakeholders with a positive and professional image at all times. Receive, advise and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way. Advise and support patients and colleagues in accessing all new technological processes and procedures introduced by the practice.

To provide general administration support to the Practice team, including Doctors and Health Professionals
