Job summary
Come and be part of the dynamic clinical team at The Hart Surgery. We are a professional team who are exceptionally support of each other and together we provide excellent patient care to our patients in Henley-on-Thames and the surrounding area.
Main duties of the job
Own clinics to carry out the following duties
- Phlebotomy (experience essential)
- NHS Health Checks (training can be given)
- Mental Health Physical Assessments (training can be given)
- Diabetes Year of Care Assessments(training can be given)
- Vaccinations eg Covid, Flu, B12(training can be given)
- Other health monitoring eg ECGs, Blood Pressures
About us
The Hart Surgery is in the centre of Henley-on-Thames. We are a team of around 55 staff comprising GPs & a Physican Associate, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, a paramedic, social prescribers, a mental health nurse and a supportive and efficient reception and backoffice team.
Most staff work part time and we put staff wellbeing and support at the heart of what we do.
We have a low staff turnover and many of our GPs including two of our partners are doctors who trained with us as registrars and decided to stay on.
