Bromley by Bow Health Centre are part of the Bromley by Bow Partnership - we have a list size of around 7500
The position is for 32 hours a week between Monday and Friday

Responsible for staff as indicated on organisational structure chart
Job purpose
To support the Partners and CEO in delivering the Vision, Mission and Values of the Bromley by Bow Health Partnership.
In particular to have responsibility for
Team Supervision and Line Management
Supervision of day to day workload of the PAT
Contact with patients in reception, through phones or via digital means
Training with Patient Assistants
Engagement with patients
Administration
Continuity of care

Quality and audit
Flexibility
The post holder occupies a particular position of responsibility and trust, as they have access to sensitive patient, staff and business information. The post holder should have excellent organisational skills and have the ability to work as part of a team and also on their own initiative.

- Education to GCSE level or above (minimum of 5 GCSEs at A* - C)
- Working in a GP surgery for at least two years
- Management of staff for at least one year or being an experienced Health Centre receptionist who can demonstrate that they are ready to take on managerial responsibilities
- Understanding of emis web
- Use of Microsoft Office
- (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
