Patient Assistant Supervisor roles required X2

37.5 Hours and 40 Hours

These shifts will include 2 patterns: 7.45 to 15.45 & 10.30 to 18.30

Team Supervision and Line Management

Supervision of day to day workload of the PAT

Contact with patients in reception, through phones or via digital means

Training with Patient Assistants

Engagement with patients

Qualifications

Essential

  • Education to GCSE level or above (minimum of 5 GCSEs at A* - C)
  • Working in a GP surgery for at least two years
  • Management of staff for at least one year or being an experienced Health Centre receptionist who can demonstrate that they are ready to take on managerial responsibilities
  • Understanding of emis web
  • Use of Microsoft Office
  • (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
