Job summary
An exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative award-winning organisation, operationally supporting the Director and general practice pharmacy team. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated person to join our team; someone who is a quick-learner, confident in liaising with stakeholders and the team via phone, video or email, who has excellent computer literacy and who can work independently to manage multiple varied workload tasks.
**NB. This is a remote role with flexible hours. The location on NHS jobs is our training hub and not where you will physically work. You will need to attend a 'site' 1-2 times a year.
Main duties of the job
The post holder is someone who has experience in administrative operational support and project management, who will be managed by and work alongside the GL@GP Director, Sharon Hart, to support a team of GreenLight pharmacists in general practice.
The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and provide support to the Director and team, taking responsibility for onboarding new pharmacists to the team, liaising with GP Practices, coordinating training and performance development feedback, administratively supporting team training and coordinating/supporting recruitment.
The post holder will be responsible for proactively and competently managing spreadsheets, dealing with Director/Team/GP Practice requests and independently ensuring timeliness of their tasks.
The role is pivotal to ensuring quality of care and operational efficiencies and so requires motivation and passion to deliver excellent service.

GL@GPrecruits, employs, trains and supports pharmacists and pharmacy technicians working in General Practice to deliver high quality patient services. We currently deliver Practice/PCN Pharmacy services to a number of General Practices and PCNs across Greater London.
We have a reputation for providing pharmacists who are ready to work in general practice by preparing and training them using experienced practice based pharmacists (PBPs) and GP Trainers. We work with the GP partners in the Bromley-by-Bow Health Partnership to enable a training environment for pharmacists using online facilities and our Education and Training rooms in both the St Andrews Health Centre and in Euston.
The GL@GP team is led by a pharmacist, Sharon Hart, who in addition to having experience in a variety of pharmacy sectors, also has experience of leadership development/training and change management. Sharon works to support individual and team development and growth.
